Here's some facts.
Tobi can't deactivate his sharingan.His sharingan is always activated.
hm....so who else being a non Uchiha had sharingans Kakashi & Danzo!
They can't deactivate their sharingans.Kakashi covers his sharingan with his headband when he's not using it.Danzo used a seal to cover his sharingan arm.
We all know that it's hard for a non Uchiha to use sharingan.Kakashi experience total charkra drain & fatigue after using his sharingan or MS.Danzo in the other hand had more control cause he had hashirama's DNA.Tobi stated that it's hard to control that many sharingans unless you are and uchiha.Danzo eliminated that obstacle by infusing Hashirama's DNA into him thus getting a glimps of Hashirama's powers (SO6P's body power cause Hashirama's a descendant from a son of his).And went into the extent to use Koto-Amatsukami and Izanagi.
It isn't a new thing that Tobi has Hashirama's DNA like Zetsu.So this is why he can use sharingan as a uchiha pro.
He can't turn off his sharingan cause he is not an Uchiha.
So he's less likely to be Obito,Kagami or Izuna Uchiha.
I agree to the fact that Tobi has the MS
If those space time techs of his are performed by his sharingan (if it's a dojutsu), he must at least have MS.Normal sharingan can't perform such ninjutsu.
Finally Tobi isn't an Uchiha and i'm not suprised to discover him as a new face rather than a person we already know.He will be a new guy we don't know from past.He will be a really ancient person from Madara's time.I think there will be a story behind his past which will add some flavour to the story and cover some plot/plot holes. :scorps:
