This is my first time posting my own dialogue-style prediction (I've done a few "maybe ___'ll ____"s before, but nothing like this). As always, it's just a thought, so don't hate.
Scene opens where it left off (with Sasuke behind Itachi and Kabuto staring them down)
Kabuto in thought: So it's true. Izanagi's twin technique. I hope all my research pays off.
Kabuto: I must say. I'm impressed that you were able to obtain that which is necessary to perform that fabled technique Izanami. Unless of course,... you're lying once again.
Itachi: I suppose you'll just have to find out. But I assure you, by the time the technique ends,...you will be under the control of my Sharingan.
Kabuto: How do you intend to do so when you can't even lock eyes with me? (pushes his glasses up) As I said before, you can't defeat me now, no matter what tricks you may have up your sleeve.
Itachi: .....
Sasuke: Itachi.
Itachi: (tilts his head slightly to confirm that he's listening)
Sasuke: What happens when Izanami ends?
Itachi: ...what do you mean?
Sasuke: When I fought Danzo, each time the time span for Izanagi was used up, one of the Sharingan that he had closed.
Itachi: (closes his eyes) ...Izanami works the same way.
Sasuke: !
Kabuto: .....
Itachi: But it will be worth losing an eye... if that is all that is necessary to end the Resurrection technique.
Kabuto: ...and if it fails? Will you be willing to give up both of your eyes to stop me, Itachi?
Itachi: ... I'll only need one.
Kabuto: (smirks and lets his tongue roll out) We'll see about that.
(Both jump forward to attack, but at the last moment, Itachi jumps out of his way and Sasuke uses Ameratsu)
Kabuto: !
Sasuke: (smirks) Gotcha.
(Kabuto manages to dodge, but is sliced across the face by Itachi with Sasuke's sword. Kabuto manages to escape towards the other side of the room and looks back at the two brothers as his face begins to heal. He sees Itachi's left eye begin to close and smirks at this.)
Kabuto: Just as I said. That's one down. What do you plan to do now, Itachi? You can't put me under your control without a Sharingan...
(As the last words exit his mouth, his eyes begin to widen as he realizes that his glasses are lying at Itachi's feet and his remaining Sharingan is staring straight at him.)
Kabuto in thought: No. That's impossible!
Itachi: Now what was that you said about me being a liar?
KABUTO HAS ONCE AGAIN UNDERESTIMATED ITACHI, BUT AT WHAT COST!?
I tried to make it as realistic as possible. I hope you think I did good.
