it can be used as a sword i guess, but most say its used to boost the power of fire element jutsus

I hear it's a legendary weapon actually. He uses it as a sword but it may be for other use. As for boosting Fire Techs, I don't see a point. When Edo Madara used his Fireball Jutsu, it blazed the entire battleground. Lol, you won't need a fan if you can do that.

Lol when people first said its boosts his fire jutsus I was like, "what? does it add +5 to all fire jutsu's?" :shrug: But then I realized the 'boost' was referring to adding wind style to fire style and making it stronger xd
