What small changes to the the story would make huuuge differences in the narutoverse..

For example: if madara had beat hashirama for the 1st hokage title..The narutoverse would be a war zone due too madara taking other countries as his...:scorps:

Or hiruzen sealing kurama into naruto instead of minato...that would also make a huge change too konoha...
