Genjutsu doesn't work on Sasori when he is in Hiruko..
Can Shisui destory Hiruko? It was said that Shisui was one of the most talented Uchiha and his Shunshin was probably fast as Raikages. But Sasori is genius and killing fast. He doesn't give time for attack to his opponents

Where do you get the idea that Genjutsus won't work on Sasori when he's hidding in Hiruko? Since Sasori sees Shisui, he can be caught in a Genjutsu. And I'm pretty sure he can also use Susanoo since he possesses the Mangekyou Sharingan.

KA is not a regular Uchiha's Genjutsu. You don't need to any contact with your opponent.Even if your eye is covered. Danzo proved it.

The Mangekyou Sharingan don't offer only one technique per eye, Kotoamatsukami is an extra. Sasuke is also able to use the Blaze Release with the eye he uses actually Genjutsus. Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo are just the basic techniques.
