A was only hot headed because he thought sasuke killed his brother.Other than what other examples do you have that shows that A doesnt think through a situation.
And also A never said that he and bee fought minato at once all the time.

i said bijuu cloak not full trnasformation.In bijuu cloak if he gets hit with ameratsu it will hit the cloak then could simply disperse the cloak.Like what kankoro did with that samurai's armor.Since he has tons of chakra He can just make another bijuu cloak.
I know it burned through A's raiton armor but with the bijuu cloak is way more dense and has way more mass.Even in four tails mode oro couldnt even hurt naruto once.

The 3 raikage got hit with Rasenshuriken and not a scratch but if he was hit with Amaterasu he would burn to death
