Jutsus with the least drawbacks

I noticed that most kick ass jutsus like susanoo and rasen wind shuriken have severe drawbacks even though they are both powerful and effective. I would like to know you opinions on which jutsu you would consider as having the least drawbacks yet still powerful/effective.

Mine would have to be sasuke's raiton kirin------Whats yours?

I personally wouldn't say Kirin has any draw backs, but it needs certain conditions that need to be meet before using it...which can be seen as a draw back

i think fire style fireball jutsu is pretty good or dragon flame jutsu. kurenais genjutsu seems pretty effective and she never seems tired after using it

Does Naruto's Sexy-No-Jutsu count? LOL It has no drawbacks for Naruto, but it causes massive nosebleeds by the men XD
No seriously, I think Rasengan or Chidori. At least I don't think there's much damage with the Chidori to the user ... Can be wrong of course
