How does Saringan work?

I have been wondering how the hell does Saringan works??

As far as I know:
1. Saringan can See through any techniques. How???
= through Hand seals. Even normal eyes can see them( though they have to be quick).
2. How can Saringan see through Genjutsu????
= Chakra flow?? Really. If it were through that flow then would they not already be in the Jutsu??
3. Why does eye bleed while using Amaterasu??
= due to strain to the eye? Nah.. Then why?
4. To put one person under genjutsu his/her chakra network must be disrupted, right? How can Saringan disrupt chakra network without any physically encounter but just with One eye glance?
5. Why does their eye colour change from black to red?
= Is it blood that flows in? then why?
6. Does Saringan slow time or increases the speed of the user?
= Speed maybe? But how?

1) It allows you to predict the users movement, thus allowing you to see and copy handsigns
2) Genjutsu affects one of your senses, the Sharingan blocks that sense from genjutsu

Look at it like this;

Sharingan are capable of all the best nin techniques:

-Genjutsu, as well as see through them
-Manipulation
-Mind Control/ Body Control/ Tailed Beast Control
-Replicating Jutsu by the mere sight of them
-Speed enhancement
-Capable of seeing different chakra colors and flow (same as Hyuuga)
-Amaterasu, Susanno'o, Izanagi, Izanami, etc.
- and anything else Kishi comes with on a whim

But they can copy techniques by copying hand signs (Ninjutsu) or body movements (taijutsu). Amaterasu does put an extreme strain on the eye, thats why they bleed. They can see different forms of chakra as different colors, and they can see the flow of chakra. It does not slow time or increase the speed of the user either, it allows them to predict opponents moves by muscle movement which makes them appear faster because they know what's coming

Guys chill dont be a douch bag. They are blessed eyes from god thats pretty much it. Its like your in a fight in real life and your guessing the guy is going to dodge your punch but with Sharingan you know where he is at and know when to attack him and the right moment. A gift from God.

There's no way to explain this scientifically, it's a fictional story. But here are my thoughts on this:

1. Sharingan predicts the next movement the opponent is going to make. How? Science says, the more the number of images your brain can analyze at a time, slower the movements will appear to you. Flies for example, can analyze much more images per second than humans, so our world seems too slow for them. And that's way they react so quickly when you try to smash them.
Don't know, but Sharingan seems to work in a similar way. It let's you react faster to the opponent's movement, making it seem like you predicted them.
Also it lets you see things in much more detail, and also see chakra. For example, Sasuke could see Deidara's microscopic clay bombs in his circulatory sistem.

2. Well, a genjutsu usually affects one of the senses. It's a illusion. The more perfect a genjutsu is, the more undestinguishable it is from reality. Sharingan enhances your vision. If a genjutsu affects normal vision, it can be easily detected by Sharingan, because it would let you see all the flaws in it.

3. Amaterasu does cause a great strain to the eye. So it bleeds.

4. I don't know if genjutsu disrupts ones chakra flow, but I know that if you get caught in a genjutsu, you have to disrupt your own chakra flow to get out of it.

5. Well, otherwise how would you know a character is using Sharingan? And it looks cool xd .
Regular Sharingan can have up to three tomoes. Maybe they work as additional pupils. Now the crazy patterns for MS and EMS are just for awesomeness. :scorps:

6. As I said in point 1, it lets you perceive the movements faster than with normal eyes, and therefore the movements of the opponent seem slower to you. But in reality, you just see them in much more detail. This lets you react faster, making it seem like you predicted the movements of your opponent.
But, as said by Rock Lee in part 1, there's no use of foreseeing an attack if your body doesn't have the speed to react.

1) Its not so much seeing through a technique, the Sharingan just allows the user to see the seals faster than a normal shinobi or regular person, therefore they can analyse the combinations the opponent is using.

2) The Sharingan has a natural affinity (best words i could think of) for genjutsu. Therefore it would naturally be able to interpret/break a genjutsu (if the user is powerful enough). Anyone else would need to have their chakra flow disrupted.

3) Amaterasu is a powerful jutsu, all powerful jutsu come with drawbacks. And the drawbacks of any powerful jutsu stemming from the eyes will ultimately cause damage. Just like Naruto and his first Rasenshuriken, it damaged his arm because he had to hold it.

4) Genjutsu works on any of the five senses, someone like Itachi can use a simple gesture to ensnare someone in a genjutsu by using sight. Tayuya used sound to ensnare her foes, her flute.

5) The red is just the activation of the Sharingan. If it was constantly active, it would drain their chakra, or at least reduce their stamina significantly. therefore it makes sense that they would be capable of shutting it off.

6) The Sharingan does not speed up the user, it allows the user to anticipate and prepare SOONER for an attack. It is not physical speed, but speed of JUDGEMENT that is affected.
