What kind of wind Jutsu would you create for Naruto

So if you could create a wind jutsu for Naruto what would do, it's name (preferably a Japanese god or creature) and its rank?

I can't think of an actual jutsu, but as far as the name goes Fujin Tempest sounds pretty cool.

That reminds me, by combining his wind element with Frog Kata he could essentially cut his enemies limbs off without even touching them.

I would create a technique that would be called an ultimate defence (since everyone has an ultimate defence nowadays)

naruto creates a tornado while him being at the center. since the air is concurrently moving anything that comes into contact with it would be blown away. thus protecting naruto. it could even work against numbers.

downside is, naruto won't be able to see what's going on outside or won't be able to go offencive as long as the technique is active, but both SM and KM have a way to know what's going on outside so naruto will be ready for what awaits him after he stops the technique (chakra - malice sensing)

name would be "fuuton - tatsumaki" no need for a name too fishy
