Nagato possessed the Rinnegan, the same eyes as the SO6P who invented ninjutsu, and as a kid he mastered every ninjutsu jiraiya taught him, so why didn't he have a path with ninjutsu? Some of the paths were so random, such as the Asura path and the Human path. Why wouldn't Kishi give him basic ninjutsu as one?

he has mastery over all ninjutsu and chakra natures but since he has the six paths he doesn't need to use petty little jutsus and can bust out the big guns such as SHINRA TENSEI

probably but it doesnt even matter he wouldnt anyway unless he wanted to roast some marshmellows or blow up a fine lady's dress with WIND NO JUTSU

i think all paths could use ninjutsu, but plot no jutsu does not let them.
