Kabuto Summons PokeMon??

so i know its kinda late and random, but has anyone else noticed that Kabuto when one the turtle island summoned a pokemon?

Kabuto said that he genetically rebuilt manda to be better right? so giving him legs made him better? but if he really is summoning Rayquaza then that would also prove further that he has gone past summoning snakes and is summoning dragons which would also help explain his "dragon" sage mode :scorps:

errr basically i said that he didnt remake manda and instead just summoned Rayquaza from pokemon, and since he called himself a dragon, then summoning dragons (hence Rayquaza) made sense, at least to me..
