I was on Crunchyroll and I noticed that there was a new spin-off series "Rock Lee and his Ninja Pals" I hope I'm not the only one who noticed this cause right now I feel like I'm going crazy...

if anime then it is one of the ova. not neccesarily filler and not main series. kinda like the waterfall village lost episode.

bleach sucks i mean the animation is there but the story quality is pathetic each arc seemingly pulled more and more out of his ass as he goes

IMHO bleach is a good anime...the story plot is not going to consist of the usual things in anime(s) but i dont however like how bleach started off really good in the anime and then after the soul society arc ...it kinda lost it for me...i then picked up some episodes here and there of adult swim when i would come home late at night, i started getting to where aizen was attacking all the soul reapers and finally when ichigo merked aizen...yeah i felt like the whole build up in the anime was that whole moment....and it happened...and they started making ichigo lose then regain and improve his powers(yet again) and i just started to feel the whole anime/manga is tacky

Yes, it's a comedy spin-off of Lee. It got picked up to replace Bleach

It's not surprising since kids also watch Naruto and Bleach in Japan. I remember I used to watch DBZ when I was like 10. There's nothing wrong with throwing in a comical show to the line-up
