Ah yeah,you have a point if you even consider he used a rasengan on Nagato who he knew could absorb all chakra based attacks.

But I tried not to focus on the negatives and judge from the bigger picture,and overall Naruto showed us some pretty decent in battle intelligence like the combo he pulled of to disable the Naraka path.

But thinking of it it's really too much 4,a 3.5 is more likely

Two Kekkei Kenkais doesn't mean that she has a quantity of handseals. Even if she has two Kekkei Kenkais, it doesn't mean she has more experience or skills in Ninjutsu than someone with one Kekkei Kenkai.

I gave her a 5 because of her 2 Kekkei Genkai's.sure it doesn't automatically mean good hand seals but if you factor in the skills required to master those single elements and mold them into a KG,and she has 2 of them,so her skills with elemental attacks which requires hand seals must be nearly perfect.

If you look at the 2 Suitons she used to counter Madara's Katon,you can clearly see she didn't even use hand seals to perform the water dragon technique,which took Zabuza and Kakashi respectively something like 44 hand seals.

That's why I gave her a perfect 5.

Btw I saw your corrections,and I found them really helpful,but at the moment I can't give a proper response as I'm out,but I'll get back on it.

The strength aspect of the Databook is akin to brute strength and that only,a character like Sakura who is known for her tremendous strength only has a 3.5 in strength.That because that aspect doesn't consider jutsu enhancement.

[Before reading, please be aware that I'm not certain where exactly the 3rd Databook picked up and left off in terms of arcs in the Anime/Manga - So I'm assuming that it has only covered up until Sasuke's final battle with Itachi]

My estimations aren't absolute, but I believe on that on their own terms, they are pretty accurate. Despite not having used much genjustu following his attainment of the EMS, I'd imagine that Sasuke's heightened form of the Mangekyo Sharingan would be much more powerful in terms of casting illusory techniques. In reference to strength, intelligence, speed, and stamina, I'd say that Sasuke's last few battles with the 5 Kage have pretty much shown just how clever (Coating his Susano'o ribcage with Amaterasu to prevent the Raikage from touching him), quick (Matching the Raikage's speed during their initial clash: Chidori Vs. Elbow Bolt), enduring (Allowing himself to be stabbed by Danzo in order to inflict a fatal wound on him, after he figured out how Izanagi worked), and strong (Able to carry Killer Bee despite being exhausted after having used Amaterasu | Likewise being able to pick up Sakura with one hand after consecutive battles with the 5 Kage and Kakashi) Sasuke has become. Not much has been shown of his Taijutsu skills or his hand signs, but I'd expect that they've also improved substantially.

I agree with most of them, but I feel that Kakashi's stat total is too high.
Btw, I've edited few of them and inserted my version in red.

Edit : I forgot Gaara, his stat total seems to be too low for a kage.

My Estimation:

- Genjutsu: 4.5 I'd even give him a 5 as he incapacitated Shee with one basic genjutsu,and considering Tsunade has a 5 it's only fitting to give him a 5
- Intelligence: 4
- Strength: 4
- Speed: 5 I'm a bit skeptical on this,as he hasn't improved much since the last databook,not only that but he's fighting style has tremendously shifted from the pro active combatant he was to the static fighter who abides in Susano'o,but it's not completely unreasonable to give him a 5
- Stamina: 4
- Hand Seals: 4.5

Kakashi's stats from the 3rd databook are total of 34.5 IIRC,I gave him an additional stamina boost as he's been fighting more during the war in comparison to his fights he did before.Just look at his fight with Tobi's paths.So for that I gave him a +1

And I might have added some Genjutsu maybe a 0.5 which in total added to his databook 3 stats sum up to 36

As for Taijutsu, he took out two ninjas from the Allied forces by only using his legs. His S/T techs amplify his Taijutsu a lot.




As for Hand Seals, he has a Sharingan.

As for Taijutsu, he took out two ninjas from the Allied forces by only using his legs. His S/T techs amplify his Taijutsu a lot.




As for Hand Seals, he has a Sharingan.

Fair enough,in the process of making so many stats I messed up some,just like Tobi's as you pointed out.

But in regards to Madara I gave a higher stat because of his display on the 4th division where he kicked a fodder and sent hims flying for several meter until he crashed on some other fodders.

But with the things you highlighted I guess I must give Tobi to a 4.

his taijutsu hasn't really been shown maybe because he knows its not very good... I'd probably have to give his taijutsu a 4 at the most considering he hasn't shown any of it
