I'll try to keep this post short and sweet, just the way you flamers like it 
WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE SENJU CLAN ???
Ok. Family/Clan names are passed down by the Males of the Family/Clan, which means unless all males are dead the Senju Name should still exist. Naruto's heritage & family name was hidden to protect his life from his father's enemies, but even if all the Senju took different names they would still stick out in Konoha as POWERHOUSES in terms of Chakra Capacity, but only Naruto (in Konoha) seems to have this potential.
There was a thread (only one that I've found) that addressed this, but I have an arguement for every single response to date. Please read the responses below (with my rebuttles) and then comment on your thoughts of what happened to the Senju Clan.
PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT THEORIES LISTED BELOW:
1) "They are in hiding and I wont be suprised if we see a mid war come back of the senju"
WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY HIDING AT THEN, THE ONLY NINJA IN HIDING IN KOHONA WERE THE ROOT, AND THE ROOT IS NOT SENJU. AND WHY COME BACK FOR THE WAR BUT NOT COME BACK TO SAVE THE VILLAGE YOU CREATED (PEIN ARC)?
2) "They died (exterminated like the Ulchiha)"
WHO THE HELL EXTERMINATED THE STRONGEST CLAN? I HIGHLY DOUBT BOTH OF THE STRONGEST CLANS IN EXISTANCE WERE KILLED OFF IN THE SAME FASHION IN THE SAME VILLAGE... B/C THERE WAS A CLAN NAMED SENJU THAT EXISTED AT THE TIME OF THE FOUNDING OF KONOHA.
3) "Taking into account that a clan doesn't necessarily mean blood relation, it seems likely that all the various clans in Konoha, especially those considered the Noble clans, were originally apart of the Senju clan before the village was created. We've already seen that some of the clans were working together long before the village was formed."
THE NOBLE CLANS RARELY INTERMARRY, YOU CAN TELL BY THE PRIDE IN KEKKEI GENKI (FORGIVE SPELLING) AND PRIDE THAT COMES WITH THOSE NOBLE CLANS. AND NONE OF THESE NOBLE CLANS SEEM TO SHOW ANY SIGN OF THE CHAKRA COMPACITY/LIFE FORCE OF THE SENJU.
4) "Most of the Senjus died of an old age , most likely; they had too many female children and the family name was lost"
THE SENJU AND UZAMAKI ARE KNOWN FOR THEIR INCREDIBLE LIFE FORCE. IT CAUSES THEM TO LIVE LONGER. AND THE FEMALE CHILDREN PART IS JUST HILARIOUS.
5) "Most died, some survived and now working in ANBU"
AGAIN HOW DID THEY DIE AND THEY HAVE INCREDIBLE LIFE FORCE??? AND WHAT ANBU MEMBER (OF ALL THAT HAS REVEALED THEMSELVES) HAS EVER BEEN SHOWN TO BE SENJU? THE LEADER (DANZO) WASNT EVEN SENJU.
6) "They didnt have a kekkei genkai that usually keeps a clan together"
BUT THEY WERE THE STRONGEST CLAN, AND THEY CO-FOUNDED KONOHA. IM SURE THEY HAD SERIOUS LOVE FOR THE SENJU NAME, IT GOES BACK TO THE SO6P. THAT ALONE WOULD KEEP THE CLAN TOGETHER.
Please list your speculations of what happened to the Clan not including the ones above. Or just counter argue my arguements above. I will respond to all posts when I get back to work tomorrow. Peace
