danzou cant be controlling peins bodies cuz danzou doesnt possess the rinnegan, its gotta be nagato and i dont think he is close to the village either. he's prob at the akatsuki base in the rain village controlling them cuz after all nagato is the original rinnegan user and nobody knows the full extent of his powers yet

Rasengan/shadow clones
Rasengan, the ultimate chakra shaping jutsu.
The 4th (tremendous chakra reserves) invented the Rasengan.
He taught it to Jiraiya (tremendous chakra reserves) and Kakashi (total chakra control and copying ability).
All 3 of them could do it with one hand.
Jiraiya taught it to Naruto (unlimited chakra reserves).
Naruto then taught it to Konohamaru (based on family tree, should have tremendous chakra reserves).
Both Naruto and Kono need a shadow clone to perform the Rasengan because they do not have as refined skills in chakra control.
I am not sure that the size of the rasengan in the manga is indicative of anything. We may be reading into this more than we are meant to.

Not just anyone can perform a "shadow clone". Kakashi even admitted that he doesn't use it often because it takes a massive amount of chakra and depending on what happens to the clone it could affect the user adversely.
There are many types of clones, shadow clones are most powerful because they require the user to split his chakra into equal parts (I.e. 3 shadow clones means 25% chakra to the user, 25% to each clone). This is what makes them so difficult to distinguish from the original. Even with Byakugan, you can't tell which clone is the real one. So why would Rinnegan be able to tell?
In conclusion, Konohamaru is becoming awesome like his grandpa. He is like a younger Naruto minus the 9-tails. Naruto has taken Kono under his wing since the beginning and teaching him is his responsibility and the right thing to do.
It was, however, rather "convenient" of Kishi to throw that flashback of him learning it in there, but it will make more sense as the anime progresses.

I agree with everyone who said that the Konoha Nin will not just let Pein's bodies get away.
Depending on whether Konan/Nagato is the real Pein or if Pein is still in the Rain Country with a giant transmitter, Pein may need to reanimate new bodies to fight Naruto. Konohamaru learning the rasengan was just a matter of time... even though its a A rank technique if you have extremely good chakra control or massive amounts of chakra you'll be able to do it because all it is, is molding chakra. But i don't think there will be a point in the manga where konohamaru will be stronger than Naruto because come on face it... look at everything Naruto has "NO CONTEST" but he'll definately be the leading guy for his generation even tho he's only 3 years younger than Naruto which has been mentioned in previous threads.
Diva Pein is obviously not dead but now certain things are going to happen...

All the 6 paths of pein are going to leave immediately because they've got what they wanted and are going to head to myobokuzan for the LONGGGGGGGG awaited battle which isn't going to happen until sometime in january and there after, because we have more prolonged talking awaiting us PLUS the pein's have to actually make their way up the mountain which is going to take time because they have no frogs to transport them there immediately...

Hey and what if Pain tries to make naruto somehow?may be he will continue killing the citizens and may be tsunade so that naruto was summoned back.is there any1 else in village who has contract with toads?

okay good chapter it proves a lot of obvious information we already could of guessed like that the bodies are being controlled by the real pein who is hiding somewhere else who probably is nagato the kid jiriya taught who had the rinnengan.
And wtf is up wit konohamaro copying all of narutos shit i hate it realy bad call by kishi horrible i would rather have kono be more like his grand father with the monkey king enma.
Also remember in the previous chapters where naruto would sneak away from pa frog to practise some jutsu well now i kno what the jutsu is guys its the jutsu that combins wind element with his rasengan.. do u remeber in his fight with hidan naruto had to be in close range to use the rasen-shuriken he was unable to throw it. well now due to sage mode he can throw it if u look in the mountains shape and bridge location in the link below

good point, and it does make sence but i'll be dissapointed if THAT JUTSU turned out to be the rs... i mean c'mon its all the man does, show us something new for a change.
and on pein not being able to leave immediatly.
well i think he can, any ninja can just go poof whenever they wanna draw back and we've seen it with haku, sasuke, oro and kabuto, hidan and kakazu and zetsu and madara and some others probably...so why shouldnt pein be able to just go poof and go after naruto????
this would make the most sence if you look at peins character...
he's a no nonsense shinobi who will ask you what he wants to know once or twice and when he's not satisfied..ripp your soul out, or whoop your ass with a passion.

pa toad said himself that he surpassed jiraiya a good few mangas back, ad the manga's and time we had since then and naruto will make a decent mach for pein if ya ask me.
i can already picture pein bargin in on toad mountain, pa toad telling naruto he's looking at the man who killed jman, while naruto suddenly turns into a icecold killing machine and kills pein in cold blood on the spot whitout any hesitation... (picture goku when he first turned super sayin)

well but in my opinion
1.naruto will master sage mode and will be able to use FRS with no secondary damages(100%-since the new technique probably is the development of FRS and now he can throw it)
2.pein will leave since he already know what he wanted so no need to continue fighting.
3.kakashi probably is dead since the old guys are dieing
but i hope he still alive
4.Tsunade and shizune wont die

Pain's goal is to get the 9 nine tailed fox so he wont waste anytime in Konoha. He'll go to Myobukuza, w/e u call it, and confront Naruto there.
i was hopin for a fight against Tsunade but... haysss... it will not happen. thanks to Shizune who juz had to get caught. -_-
i doubt he will find Myobukuza at least for now , probably he'll leave because of some kind of information about 8 tails or he will be forced to leave since team guy is heading to konoha and that will be another obstacle for pein
