Actually we are and Emulators aren't illegal.
There even is a tutorial on here on how to set one up.

emus are not illlegal..though it is illegal to download bios online,.u can use the bios from ur own consoles...

nitendo ds emulator works perfect but i played the game you mentioned on a ps2 emulatoer and it runs slow only 20 fps
