Five Kage Summit.

At the summit where the Kage met.
I found it disappointing that four Kages had difficulting fighting Sasuke.
He caught the Raikage's arm with Amatarasu.
Broke free free from the Mizukage's acid mist thanks to Zetsu.
Matched speed and swordsmanship skills with Mifune.
Defended against storm release, sand bullets, wind schythe, and Kankuro's puppets.
If Sasuke did that much damage and deflected that much hostility.
It's no doubt that Itachi would have killed them all.

He didn't fight all of them at the same time and sasuke got saved a lot in there + the kages were not going all out against him.

Maybe. It depends on how much chakra a healthy Itachi has imo. Sasuke relied on Susano'o a lot during the kages, which is reasonable considering he's taking on extremely powerful shinobi. He eventually ran out of juice because of the risk that the jutsu has on the body, and couldn't progress past that point. Sasuke DID have an over-all weaker Susano'o though, so it might not be impossible. Don't forget about people like Onoki.

By the way, do you mean Itachi in Sasuke's situation or Itachi alone?

Sasuke had a chance to kill a couple kages but his main target was danzo an itachi health would be his downfall against the kages

1. Raikage would have killed him had Gaara not intervened
2. Gaara was forced to protect people whilst sasuke ran away
3. Mizukage would have killed him if it wasn't for zetsu
4. Tsukikage would have killed him if it wasn't for tobi
5. Mifune didn't do much so not sure on this one

So basically he should have died at least 3 times during that arc, but he got saved. So to be honest I don't think the Kage really had that much trouble with him. Despite the whole Gaara/ Raikage plot section, Mizukage and Tsukikage would have taken him out really fast.

I agree with the Onoki part along with everything else.
And I mean Itachi being in the place of Sasuke.

Something to debate about would be Itachi in Sasuke's position versus Onoki. Could he use a genjutsu feint and save himself from the attack, or get vaporized as Sasuke would have been? (Onoki fell victim to Madara's genjutsu, but may have progressed since than)

Itachi is known to use genjutsu in tricky situations and very discreetly, but onoki is also a kage.

My point being. If it had been Itachi in his place.
He wud have most likely killed the Raikage, Gaara, Mifune, and Mei, Onoki being able to fly and manuver around Sasano stood a better chance.
Plus his dust release wud cause a problem.
But why I say Itachi>kages is becuz they have no idea of his sword with can seal you with just a touch and his shield to deflect ninjutsu.
Perfect match up against them imo.

Itachi uses shadow clones .................. While fighting... Im pretty sure he can avoid dust not easily tho.

in my opinion sasuke did good but was an absolute dumb ass. he would have gotten wrecked and killed a couple times if not for tobi (saved him from tsuchikage last second) and zetsu (mizukage was melting his susanoo and had him cornered and on his knees)

He can do that but remember that his toughest roadblock is going to be his stamina, and shadow clones cut that chakra by LOADS. Of course, it's a good idea to send out shadow clones for information on the enemy in case of things like Dust Release that the enemy may have to 1 shot you, but he'd be bargaining with chips that he doesn't have. He MAY or MAY NOT, depending, but there are plenty of powerful ninja that can take on things like shadow clones if needed.

Lol i was just saying that Itachi uses "shadow clones while fighting" as a refrence to say that Itachi is fast. But in my opinion, 5 kages and Mifune are too much for Itachi.

So much win, and on top of that, I'd go as far as to say Tsuchikage did kill Sasuke, and Karin revived him in the little parallel dimension thingy.

Uh no Tobi saved him and Karin healed him not revived.

Sasuke was still developing his MS. Once cornered by the Raikage and back up his only choice he had was forward. Thanks to plot no jutsu he was saved. TBH it was pretty awesome how he handled himself against all of them.

OT: Itachi would do more massive damage towards the kages however saying he would take out all 5 is just ridiculous.
