Tobi better than Nagato with Rinnegan

I dunno who people think Tobi is, the most overrated character in naruto by miles. I read comments that only Tobi can solo Madara?.
Nagato could use the rinnegan completely but we didn't get to see him use it. The only thing we seen Tobi do is use the chakra chains that's it.

From what we've seen, Sharingan is part of the rinnegan, so rinnegan has two parts:

Power of Sharin
and
Power of Rinne

Nagato was able to use only the rinne part, but Madara seems to be able to do both. He's using EMS techniques, while his rinnegan is activated + Kabuto said himself that Rinnegan is the last version of sharingan. But Nagato mastered the eyes quite well, knowing those weren't his eyes and he didn't possess Uchiha blood.

Well, he did use the former Jinchurikis as the 6 "paths" but since it took so much power just to control them, he couldn't give them the power of the paths. Nonetheless, those were some strong paths.

Nagato with rinnegan brought Konoha to it's knees. Tobi, with the rinnegan, as well with edo jinchuurikis possessing one aswell are losing a war and haven't accomplished anything.
So its obvious. Nagato was better with rinnegan, between himself and Tobi, so far.
And even if he dose F I N A L L Y put it to use he has big shoes to fill, considering.

Hmm interesting, i agree to disagree..I think the sharingan are watered down eyes from the Rin like the uchiha in my opinion are watered down versions of the the Sages elder son.
Madara is a special case. I don't think sasuke will ever get the Rin coz it is obvious that you need senju blood to achieve it from what the manga is portraying

Tobi and Nagato couldn't master the Rinnegan 100 precent, because they're not an uchihas, they can't even control theyr rinnegan like Madara does.. They can only use Power of Rinne as one men said, but only an Uchiha like Madara can use Rinne and Sharin.. So.. They both suck at rinnegan

That doesn't mean he is not an Uchiha. I'm not saying Tobi is an Uchiha, but what you said doesn't disprove the fact he isn't one. Let's just wait for Tobi's identity to be revealed. Then we will know.

Tobi most likely will be very good with the Rinnegan, or it would defeat the purpose of him being the main villain.
