For starter: Tobi is too OLD to be Obito.
2: Obito had only one eye when he died which was in fact Crushed.
3: He was barely breathing..
4: Remember Kisame met Tobi back when he was quite young and again he recognized him. Tobi was much more old back then(While Obito was still young)..

1) Tobi is too old to be Obito since Kakashi and Obito were the same age but you see age wrinkles and bags under his eyes when part of the mask was destroyed in Tobi and Konan's fight while Kakashi's skin is flawless

2) Also in Tobi and Konan's fight you see that Tobi had a second eye that he used to perform Izanagi while Kakashi has Obito's second eye.

So,no
