why 9 tails is always angry???

we all know that the tailed beasts were created from the 10 tails.
so did all the tailed beasts have one mood bcoz the 9 tails is always ANGRY
so when naruto used to get ANGRY the 9 nails gave him chakra i wonder if the 9 tails was always happy he would give chakra to naruto for being happy??


and what do you think the other tailed beasts moods are???
