Tsunade. If Guy used the Gates, they would harm him during the battle. Tsunade has Mitotic regeneration, so that makes her indestructible while she is in that state.

chapter 171 page 5 he is standing up an talking as if that hit was nonthing but weak stuff he left cuz his job there was done tsunade turned him down no need to be there an like i said thanks to j-man being there she was able to keep her life thats the real reason oro left with out killing her.

Lol. I can't believe so many people actually voted for Guy. So yes he has amazing speed but Tsunade has good reflexes as well. On top of that she has the ability to alter the battlefield with her punches, how will Guy run around on broken pieces of rock I'd like to know. His attacks with the Gates are definitely powerful but these are blunt attacks which don't usually kill on impact. Tsunade had a huge shoved shoved through her and healed within a moment (Byakugou). Also she has amazing durability seeing as how she managed to get up and fight even after Kabuto messed up her insides pretty badly AND how she tanked Shinra Tensei from quite near (without healing I might add) and managed to get up and face Pain, she also took a Yasaka Magatama from point blank and got Zero Damage. Also Katsuyu is always there to drown Gai in acid and to heal Tsunade if she runs out of chakra which is not very likely because she has high chakra levels. She is also far more intelligent and a more analytical warrior than Gai. According to the Ninja Data Book, she has a good 3.5 (whereas Guy has 3) in Genjutsu which is well above average and a 5 in Ninjutsu (Guy having 3 again) which shows she's more capable in ninjutsu than him and somewhat in Genjutsu as well. Lastly she's much older than him and has a lot more experience than him having fought in at least two shinobi world wars and survived.

I would like to correct you on that point. It is only when she uses Chakra Enhanced Punches and Kicks can she shatter the ground and take down people in 1 hit. Since we didn't see her chakra in those punches I'm pretty sure in assuming that none of them were chakra punches but were ordinary punches which are powerful but with someone who sheds his skin and changes bodies like Orochimaru, were ineffective against.

Tsunade. She is just as good at taijutsu as Guy, just not as fast. She also has medical ninjutsu that she can use to heal herself as well as damage Guy. And keep in mind, if she manages to survive his onslaught, he is completely defenseless when the gates wear off. Plus Tsunade has Katsuyuu, which can easily put her at a great advantage. I don't think Guy would have any chance in this fight.
