Village Rp question

Ok so I have a question concerning the Village RP. If lets say in the Ninja World section Suna and Kumo have a fight (this is an example) In that fight are there any specific rules applying? Lets say like no subs allowed or are you allowed to use any jutsu you have learned/created without a specific rule binding you?

When a battle is done in the Ninja World RP its generally an all out battle, this means, everything is allowed. The only thing you can have some leverage on is that you might get your opponent to agree with a no kumi stealing deal. However, bio stealing and all abilities are to be used.​
