Im not denying that its minato's jutsu. Im say he did not create it. Think logically for a moment. Minato knew the side effects of the justu which is death because that jutsu already existed and with that had background info. How would he know that the reaper technique causes death?, because it already existed. If he has used it before and knew that it causes death, he wouldnt be alive.

Kushina was said to have thought minato uzukmai technique's and look at her reaction when minato told her that he was about to use the reaper technique;

Its fair to say that, that jutsu already existed and since she is an uzumaki but also taught minato a lot of uzumaki sealing technique's she knows exactly what that jutsu does

or maybe minato shows that to kushina. maybe if you perform a DDS and you dont have something to kill along with it and just summon it maybe it wont kill you maybe.... i dont know

Minato is REALLY dead. But that would connect a plot hole between Tobi and Minato, and then make a new one.

"The death god technique" was created by the SO6P and past on to the next generations. Eventually were the Uzumakis keeping this technique in secret, but for all purposes i think that the "first Hokage scroll" contains this technique inside as well.

You might be right but evidence is in Minato's favor. If there's something I missed like the SO6P created the DDS then please post it. It will surely help

You obviously put in a lot of work, but why would Kushina leave this detail out when telling Naruto? Also the fact that he couldn't be summoned by Oro suggest that yes it was his soul in the death god, not just a clone's.

now that i think about it, minato DID seal his chakra into Naruto, plus orochimaru failed to summon him. so he must be dead

at the bolded part: this is absolutely true. i've been thinking about this but I can't find logical answers.

Not possible, beats the whole purpose of Minato's sacrifice, Shiki Fujin was created by someone else, probably an Uzumaki, there is no way to escape death, its completely stated in the manga that you hand your soul and die, Minato was just famous because he used that to save the village, or he should have died the time he first used it, the difference in timing about the death of both Hokages is probably plot, to make Minato say his words to Naruto and to seal the fox on him, the manga is not going to show more about Minato probably just some quotes or him in the background while naruto thinking of him i dont know, but there is no point on showing more of his jutsus he already showed us everything he got, FTG, RASENGAN, SUMMONS AND SEALS. The momment he talked to Naruto during the pain fight, clearly shows that was his last intervention.

Hiruzen seal 3 other souls with his own soul... shadow clone don't have a separate soul from the caster.

Hiruzen seal the 1st and 2nd, wich crumble cuz they're edo tensei.

and then he seal oro's hands with the chakra he still had.

So we can presume that when making Dead Demon Seal you don't die right away.

Hypothesis:it work like an imperfect tailed beast mode in which the Dead Demon will slowly drain/feed on your chakra until you die.
