I've seen that a few times, but KM mode looks different as well and there's no mention of the first transformation being different (I feel like Bee would have mentioned that)

True, kind of weird though, yes he was obviously flesh during Pain's fight...but Kurama should be able to give Naruto all of his chakra now, since Naruto let him out of the cage. At least that's what Kurama himself said. So I don't know...whole thing is just a big mystery.

Yeah, I had a similar thought once, but the fact that Kurama nearly fully materialized during Pain's invasion seemed to suggest this was not the case -- but if you have an explanation for this within your theory, please share. I'm sure Naruto's having only the Yin chakra will prove significant, but it's unclear how as of yet.

Very nice theory actually makes sense. If he "perfects" his bond and it still looks the same then I believe you might be correct (however he may not be able to perfect it without the other half). Very nice explanation though +rep.
