Naruto Generations: Failed Orders?

I pre-ordered Generations 4th February from GAME.co.uk and havent received it? Anyone else have the same problem from that site?

I have all the order details on my Hotmail and have sent a complaint... But i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if so have you found a way to fix it? Also if anyone has any idea if why it hasn't arrived?

I've waited 2 months now since i ordered it so i was really excited whilst coming from school today.... But the company just trolled me...

hmm maybe the company are fake? idk maybe they didn't recive any orders on it?

Nahh i wouldn't say that they are FAKE as everyone who is a decent gamer would know about that company as their stores are all over the streets....

I know where i can buy it from its just that they have taken my card details and most likely took the money already.... So overall they took money and i have not received the game for it...

Well the game did just came out in the UK (March 30). Usually it takes a day or two for you to get the game in the mail. Just wait til tomorrow.
Though thats in the state, I don't know how things works over there...but still wait. If you don't get it by two days then make a report about it.

Could just be the delivery service is being slow as hell :shrug:

If it doesn't show you can always cancel the order and go and buy it in the shops

EDIT - oh the game came out today ... yeah just wait a few days and it should show

Dude! GAME went into administration like a week ago!

They are usually really punctual with pre orders.. Check your credit/debit card to see if the moneys been taken if it has ring them and ask.. they should have a number on their site and if not google it.

If you got the money I'd suggest going to HMV & buying it or if you can't order from Shopto.net they got mine out to me on the 29th and would have yours to you by Monday.
