hyuga vs sharingan

does anyone else agree that a hyuga will have best chance of fighting a of the sharingan as they dont even have to look in the eyes of uchiha
like take this senario neji v itaichi dont get me wrong im not saying neji will beat itaichi but he does have a small chance of doing so because the reason i say is that byakugan even do it appears weaker than sharingan as sharingan get power ups handed out all the time its just that neji is able to see when itaich charges chakra for his jutsu and he doesnt even have to look at itaichi so his tsykuomi is useless because neji has 360 degrees and even if he is faceing itaichi he doesnt have to look in his eyes as he can look past him and i asume he can use rotation on amaterasu and the only reason why he could counter these is because the leaf will probably have info on itaichi and his ms so all neji has to do is cut off his chakra network and like i said before im not saying neji will beat him as anything can happen in a battle i just think a hyuga like neji will have a good shot at this fight the only problem is susano.
so what do you guys think is it possible for neji to put up a good fight with itaichi and other uchiha.

Neji can't avoid Amaterasu even if he's seeing Itachis changing chakraflow. His rotation will be useless since Amaterasu is associated with excruciating pain and won't let him perform his technique. It's clearly obvious that Neji won't stand a chance against Itachi even when the latter won't use Genjutsus. His skills, Ninjutsus, Amaterasu and Susanoo will be more than enough.

I agree with his Byakugan he would certainly be the best candidate to avoid genjtsu but he has lots other genjtsu tech 4 which his opponent does not only need to luk into his eyes. So the chances are still 50%, he may still get caught in it. So That's only it xd
I disagree he can avoid amaterasu as it does not travel but rather form on an object or opponent, So he cannot direct it with his rotation tech.
Itachi is actually superior in taijtsu, ninjutsu & genjutsu & literally in every aspect 4rm all the byakugan users So really they can't stand a chance against him
