Where exactly does it say SHISUI had to wait...

10 years before he could use KA again. Surely since it it his own unique technique I'm sure he could use it more often then that right? If I'm wrong let me know because I don't recall the manga ever saying SHISUI had to wait a decade. Again I may have missed something.

Well, what you're saying could work both ways. It didn't say he could use it more often than 10 years but it also didn't say he couldn't use it more often than 10 years. But yeah, I'm assuming he should be able to use it more than once every 10 years. Maybe once every year? Idk...

thats the thing..the manga doesnt say...i think itachi said it because you know the eye was removed from the user...but danzo could use his sharingan abilities only a few times any so we really dont know

The eye that was in a crow took 10 years, which may be from it being a small animal and not having much chakra. Danzo used it at the kage summit than tried to prolong his battle with sauce so he could use it again. Now danzo obviously has more chakra than a crow, so this may have been why the required time was shorter. Or the fact that he had Hashi cells in him sped it up as well (since Itachi said the crow eye couldn't be used again for another 10year, discounting hashirama's chakra). So I got a bit off topic but I would say that he probably could use it more frequently than 10 years.

it does. but every jutsu has it weakness. and this is possibly the most powerful jutsu there is, so it has to have pretty big drawback

not true, nagatos rennigan given ot kakashi doesnt make him able to use chibaku tensia to the scale he did, and the shringan kakash has im CERTIAN didnt take that much chakra from the original user, hes saying when you take it from the bloodline it puts a strain on the body

No. I doesn't say the crow takes ten years but the jutsu itself. KA can only be used once per ten years. Only way to use it more than once per ten years is to use Senju DNA. That is why Shisui is susceptible to the drawback.

....when does it say this?, i think its more like kakashis kami, the only reason it drains him sooo much is becuase hes not an uchiha(not saying it isnt already a chakra drainin tech in the first place)

It takes ten yrs to reactivate the MS ability.
Now, It would seem that if you have strong yang chakara like the 1st did then you can cut this time to once a day. This is what danzo attempted to do with the eye. However using the ability multiple times seems to damage the eye itself. In addition the eye tech. uses a ton of chakara.
Now this is just speculation but if naruto implanted the eye into himself then he might of been one of the strongest genjitsu users out there. Because he has strong yang chakara, a ton of chakara to spam the ability, and because of him being a uzumaki/kurama's jin. the eye might of had taken a lot less damage because of the massive healing factor.
