how amaterasu works

i have seen so many threads saying that amaterasu is light speed or it appears on the other person but actually amaterasu when activates, it shoots out a balls of black flames at what ever you are looking at. it is undogeable because you can move your eye faster then someone can run. but this doesn't apply to people that are exceptionally fast like minato, A, naruto KM and BM ect... i know people here on NB don't like it when people back up their arguments with the anime but i can't show this with the manga, at the fight with itachi vs sasuke, when they are on the roof and itachi uses amaterasu on sasuke while he is running in circles, it shows you an angle in which you can see the ball of black flames and it is not spawned onto the enemy nor is it going at lighting speed.

Furthermore before using amaterasu Itachi and Sasuke start bleeding from the eye for 2-3 secondes so the prep time + cast isn't that perfect.

dude you just contradicted yourself... we are in the view of the ball dumbass. its like theres a camera on the ball and i just said specifically in the thread that in the sasuke vs itachi fight when they are both on the roof there is a camera angle that shows the amaterasu ball shoot out and land on a tree...

You're wrong. Amaterasu doesn't "shoot out in balls", it does in fact appear on what you are looking at. The reason Itachi didn't just set it to Sasuke was he was going easy on him, he was trying not to kill him.
