I think if you add purple to the sky it will have too much purple color.

i wanted the sky to be dark blue but i didnt wanna add anything to it cuz i didnt wanna mess it up and thanks for the compliment

well due to the green grass...it doesnt really give the effect of night time...if it was then you should've made it a lil purplish...but the tone change would be a good idea b'cuz the colors are perfect...

its more twilight. but aahhh its just perfect!!...♥

btw how did you make the tree leaves??...i mean i really nead some tips on painting nature...especially the main thing in it [trees]...

i was thinking about it but then i thought '' hmm its a full moon night'' lol
and i wanted the sakura trees to look like they're glowing and its a full moon
so i left the grass looking green like that to show where the lights hit
and if you look at the sky you'll see the green aura and if i add purple to the grass it will look odd cuz the sky and the water look greenish blue
i hope you understand what im trying to explain ^_^
and the sakura tree, its simple
you'll need a fan brush (if you dont know what it is look it up )
dont wet the brush just mix a lil red with white
then use the fan brush and kindda dab/tap it on the paper/canvas
i hope this helps

Well I've heard fools say that "just because you can draw an anime character really well doesn't make you an artist."

Ignore those people. You could SO make a ton of $ being an artist (as a sidejob) with the skills you just posted.

and drawing anime is just my hobby
i am a painter and i paint landscapes and such
and on this one i mixed both together
