I think KM Naruto would take him out with a Rasenshuriken or 2. The 3rd Raikage only "survived" that in the manga because he had a Edo Body. Had it been his actually body he would have had a huge wound to deal with (or rather, a lot of little ones xd). So while I think he still would have survived, he would not be 100% again like he was as an Edo.

That being said, Sage Mode would be quite useful and BM is overkill.

OT:Naruto would win but with mid difficulty since if the raikage is not being controlled he will be much harder to kill, but with KM or BM it shouldn't be too hard.
