Either one could win, Onoki has an advantage being able to fly and spam dust release. Bit we don't know how the 1st could maneuver his wood release. If it's anything how Garra controls his sand, 1st would win for sure.

actually he had to use preta path to cancel his jinton beam. plus onoki blocked madaras strongest susano attack with a doton golem.
