scroll of the forbidden seals

so eveyone thinks the scroll of forbidden seals is hashirama because it say so in the anime but in the manga says tobirama
3rd hokage said the previous hokage meaning second hokage.
it also doesn't say previous hokages meaning only one of the previous.orochimaru read the scroll which had the impure world resurrection so it had to be tobirama's scroll.also 3rd said scroll of forbidden seals had scrolls as in more than one which makes sense since orochimaru saw them and said it would be impossible to learn them all.the scrolls where written by tobirama which means he knew them all and also means tobirama battle using kinjutsu and maybe even hashirama

remember multi shadow clone and impure world resurection ae his jutsu so people are underestimating him by saying his the weakest

thats why i belive tobirama is stronger than minato since tobirama invented multi shadow clone and impure world resurection all which are strong and picked randomly from his scroll

it wasn't necessarily kinjutsu when he made them tho, they don't become kinjutsus until all the effects are known. Naruto's wind shurikin is a kinjutsu because it would have destroyed the users hand. but naruto can keep using it because sage mode and kyubi mode allow him to without being hurt. same for chidori, minato told kakashi not to use it because he couldn't see his surroundings because he was moving to fast, but with sharingan he and sasuke can do it. so that doenst necessarily mean tobirama was skilled in kinjutsu, just that some jutsus that he made are now kinjutsu and some kinjutsus can still be used in an acceptable way if the user has a way to counter the bad effects

well now your getting off your own topic. Creating something new is far from mastering it and being the strongest. Yes tobirama created multishadow clones but im willing to bet he would die from overuse of chakra if he tried spamming as many as naruto does in the blink of an eye. Also, he made IWR but that doesnt mean it was exceptional, remember the beast version kabuto is using was said by himself to have been long researched crammed full of experiments and improvements. Im willing to bet that minato (a sealing master) could dispatch those early stage summons fairly easily with FTG. Not a minato fanboy, but your logic of "he made the move so he is best at it" is highly flawed.

2 reasons

1.over powers anyone look at nruto
2.if tobirama version is used you can die of too much chakra usage
3.they are real clones that can perform all the originals techniques unlike the average illusion clones

Wrong! The time when Hiruzen said that was the time when he took back the position to be Hokage. That was the time Minato died. Previous Hokage means the Hokage before him. He was the Hokage that time and the previous Hokage was Minato.

Hashirama-Tobirama-Hiruzen-Minato-Hiruzen. Hiruzen was the Hokage at this point of time when Naruto stole the scroll. It's clear that Minato being the Hokage before Hiruzen took back his title is the one he's referring to.
