Why don't Naruto or Sauske EVER use their NEW Jutsu??

We have seen Naruto's superspeed when he faced off with the Raikage and his speed again when he joined chakra with Kurama. We have also seen Sauske's new Susanoo' tricks ... WHY don't they use these abilities otherwise!?!?......

For Sasuke because it takes to much chakra for Naruto because kishi doesnt want naruto showing off old moves he likes new moves to impress the fans.:scorps:

for naruto its just cuz he is stupid to remember and sasuke doesnt feel the need to use his full susanoo yet.

For sasuke it takes too much chakra from him and if Naruto was using that speed all the time then he would be too hard to beat which would be boring.

I'm talking about the fact that Naruto has speed equal to or greater than his father (Minato). But he NEVER uses it!! Not even ONCE during the battle with the bijuu. Until he transformed and deflected the TBB. Same thing with Sauske. He has Flame Control over the Amaterasu and can throw it like shuriken but only did it like once against weak A$$ Zetsu. Not to mention the Amaterasu blade (or whatever) his Susanoo' has. It's like a sneak peak...... then i won't use my abilities because i want to drag the battle out????WTF!!!!??? THAT'S what I mean! I understand the plot.... It's just kinda annoying.... that's all....

They do use there new abilities only when it is importanat for them to use it and at the rigth time,it involves using the brain not showing off new skills.
