Not only can it cause very hot burns but can give a powerful hit upon contact as well. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. After it is done, because of the impact, the phoenix explodes into a bunch of blazing ashes all over ground, but the user can explode it whenever it's needed.

Summary:
The wave of snow is moving towards me, blocking your sight of me, I activate the lightning juggling, and do one handseal for the Water explosion, which would be right after you do your fire jutsu. You have no sight of me, so you cannot see me do the handseal and cannot possibly react to it. All the water on you explodes, ripping all of your skin and muscles to shreds, and as the snow tsunami and fire are about to hit me, they are dispersed by the lightning orbs.

*I procide by performing 1 hand seal to create 4 shadow clones called War, Famine, Pestilence and Death. At the moment they appear 3 of them concentrate chakra in their feet in order to run faster and start running. War starts moving at left and Famine runs at right. At the moment they even begin to run they start sending numerous kunais with wind chakra influenced towards you. Death on the other hand who stays next to me, throws numerous shurikens at you that are thrown at an angle that they will come from above.*

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

*While War and Famine rut at left and right, Pestilence starts running towards you, and at the moment he appears he casts a very quick genjutsu on you - he forms a circle with his hand and as the circle is complete you will be completely paralized, though as he begins to make the cirlce your movements will slow down, dramaticlly making you unable to deffend against the kunais in time. Furthermore as he runs as he does the genjutsu so it will be extremely quick, so like 2 seconds later he will have reached short range which allows him to cast another very quick genjutsu on you that will make you think that he is behind you while he thrusts his fingers into your eyes blinding you. Now here is the fun of it, if you destroy the genjutsu before the secondary gen, you will have very little time to deffend against the attacks and when the 2nd gen takes place the attacks of my other clones won't end and will kill you as you are struggling with the 2nd gen. If you brake the genjutsu when both illiusions are in place you will certainly be killed by the kunais.*

It's important to notice that the opponent as the time to react accordingly as he notice the effect taking place. As the target gets captured in the Genjutsu, the user will appear in front of the target and place his hand in front of the targets eyes, which will place him in another Genjutsu where the target feels the users presence behind him. As the target gets captured in the second Genjutsu, the user gathers chakra in two fingers and thrusts them into the targets eyes with great force.

After sending a huge amount of chakra, which takes short amount of time, because only the person who has mastered lightning completely can use it. The underground is filled with lightning chakra and electricity, and starts spewing out chakra from the ground immediately, thunder strikes going from the ground and up into the sky, like a reverse lightning strike. The lightning strikes that the ground shoots up are strong enough to burn the insides of the person(s) caught in it. The ground will continue shooting lightning up into the sky for two whole turns, covering the whole battlefield, because the lightning is made out of the users chakra, he is immune to the lightning that the ground shoots up. After the two turns are over, on the third turn all the lightning that is gathered in the sky will shoot down, destroying everything in front of the user, friends and foe alike, the user has no control over the lightning that shoots down on the third turn.
Usable once per battle
Only the current Raikage of Kumogakure, in the NB village system can use this jutsu.

You won't be able to use your raiton because of 2 reasons. First: the restriction on your Lightning style: Lightning Juggling Festival says that you can't use raiton while the orbs are on the field. Second: the water explosion jutsu says you can't use A and S rank and you try to use Forbidden. Furthermore the universal song was created above you so how can it defend you against kunais that don't come from above, but come straight on...Not to be a douche but I am gonna need a second opinion on the matter since I am pretty sure that the kunais would hit you in your vitals and you'll be dead as you did not defend against them.

Hmm what?
The lightning comes from underground, so unless the atmospheric pressure shoots out of your boots and feet, it doesn't protect you. And you would have to continue shooting atmospheric pressure from your whole body for two whole turns, non-stop. The current is released as a burst and not a stream, so the lightning still kills you, because the lightning keeps shooting constantly for two whole turns.. The lightning is EVERYWHERE.
Also, I dispersed all your clones by the usage of Lightning Juggling >_>
How do you sense the lightning when its underground
There is lightning where im standing too.. it just doesn't harm me, cause the lightning is my chakra >_> read the jutsu.
