Naruto generations online: How to deal with Deidara effectivley?

What Im asking is if there's a good way to fight those Deidara-spammers. I've ran into like six of 'em so far. Lost all six times. Any suggestions? :shrug:

Choose someone with good close and mid range attacks that you are very good with, plus long range back up. It worked for me in Ninja storm 2

I'd use itachi because you can jump backwared and use fire ball justu, and his ultimate is Sussano so you can kill them with that. I hate fighting them lol

They've made the game worst then uns 2 the gameplay is so ****ing slow compared to ninja storm 2 i use to chuck chakra shuriken by jumping on the side but now that they have sub bar all they do is sub out bring out support and wait 10 secs for the sun bars to come back. smh

Use temari or minato temari throws way more projectiles then deidera and minato is so fast deidera wouldnt be able to hit u

Use Madara when he get low health, he's so fast it's all over and dont let him get any breathing room once you go back to normal

Not sure if this still works but in storm 2 I practiced a bit with shino (teen). Because his projectiles have excellent tracking you can ninja move to the side and they will do wonders.

Supports bail out if they are hit before completing there jutsu so you can use that to your advantage. Depending on which support they have ready you can change you direction (ninja move). I think it is clockwise to take out the 2nd support and counter clockwise to hit the 1st support. Once you have mastered this than there support is useless, and this is important for later.

Now if they really are spammers i'm guessing they are using the combo that rides him into the air and then they do the air combo (and never deviate from this). Whilst I hate to say it's an effective strategy it is also their Achilles heel.

If you are using shino you will have to some spam a spammer (which IMO is alright). Now if you continue to use your ninja move strategy+kunai spam and successfully land one hit, deidara will never have time to start a combo (even if the sub). There only way out is to hit you with support and you already know how to stop them. What this results in is Deidara being completely useless as well as his supports being completely useless.

Since things aren't going to plan for them they will probably switch strategy and this is where you need to know Shino a bit. His air combo will create a ball like his jutsu (just smaller) that deflects kunai. So using this and his jutsu +plus constant shuriken and chakra shuriken = multiple sheilds for you and also damage to them. At this stage they will probably chakra dash you so immediately hit you ultimate it should work.

Shino is a mid range fighter so you have to watch out for deidara's grab. If they land this they have time to restart his combo. With that said if you can actually create an oppotunity for you to start you ninja move+ kunai combo than its all over fro them, resulting in either a humiliating defeat. Just be ready for rage quits and hate mail since they will try to call you a spammer haha.

Also if you up for a shuriken off sasori doing the ninja move+ kunai trick will basically do the same thing you just have to position your puppet in the middle of you and deidara (so you kunai's will always hit first). Since Sasori has the strongest kunai in the game (in storm2 atleast) there health will be down to red before they even realise. Just make sure you have long distance support. Kakazu is good becasue of the homing as are the Fireball users since the firball will just eat up the clay birds

Use Sasuke (Kirin) and get very far away from your opponent ..... usually when they spam the are pressing the buttons rapidly if you are very far away at the first sign of spamming use the ultimate in doing this Kirin moves much more faster than Deidara's attack and it should most likely hit after the opponent see's u landing that like twice he is going to be at a lost of what to do cause his spamming isnt working for him and he'll make stupid mistakes that you can capitalize on

and Use long ranges supports like Itachi, Sasuke, Deidara, Sasori, Kakuzu, Tobi, Obito, etc.

Oh yeah you can always chakra dash through the spam since they are basically shurikens. So call in your support, if it hits chakra dash and attack him . Make it a combo fight.

IMO Deidara has been nerfed big time!!



Keep jumping to side throwing shurikens. Every attack Deidara throw will miss. Deidara doesn't have any combos, so him fighting up close is a no no.

Minato has always been a great choice for me against diedara's and other longrange spammers.
