Stopping kabuto could kill itachi

Correct me if I'm wrong but surely stopping kabuto's impure world resurrection will cause itachi to die (again) due to the fact he was brought back to life by it and if it stops anyone brought back to life dies.

Kabuto's control over Itachi is completely severed - so any command Kabuto tries to use will not work, including ending the technique.

Otherwise, he would have done so when Itachi was helping Naruto and Bee fight Edo Nagato.

Thus, by forcing him to end the technique, all Edo's under Kabuto's control will go bye bye!

Itachi will remain, but I assume he'll want to be sealed away (perhaps after talking with Sasuke).

Itachi might be an edo but ever since he broke free, he isnt under kabuto' control anymore.
Look at it this way, ending the technique would end the edo's under kabuto's control

i dont think so cuz if that were the case he would have shut him down a while ago. the thing is kabuto cant do anything to itachi because of the KA that was placed on him thus cancelling the edo tensei. itachi is in every way immortal not even kabuto can stop him.

Remember back when naruto was gonna fight Edo itachi and Edo Nagato... Itachi broke the link to himself with his MS

Yeah, but that's why Itachi will turn it off with Tsukiomi. But I don't think Itach will die though because he severed all connections with the Edo Tensei. Otherwise, Kabuto would've just unsummoned him after he broke the control with Amatsukiami... :shrug:

Whether he is still under his control should not matter because kabuto is still the one who summoned him, although you do have a good point and this discussion could go either way
