Who should die: Tsunade, A, Onoki, Gai.

Who will die: None of the good guys. Unless you count Itachi who is already dead anyway.

2) Tsunade will die, to make room for Naruto Hokage and Sakura new Slug Sage.
3) Sai will die, to make room for the new legendary Sanin: Team 7
