So I was just thinking that Tobi makes himself intangible at any point he like right. But what if he makes himself intangible while, lets say, standing on a tree. I mean he can't fly right wont he fall down xd and to those who counter by saying that he can make any specific part intangible, well than won't that make his feet vulnerable when he's not standing on the ground :scorps:

He seems to be able to levitate at some extend, when intangible... That would explain how he pops out of the ground etc... Still, I don't think it's something nearly as good as Muu's/Onoki's levitation... U_U

Kishi has broken laws of physics...actually with Intangibility a person can't stand on the earth's surface because of the gravity.

to put it simply for an Intangible man the surface of the earth is like the surface of the Jupiter.

He cant make parts intangible, only his full body. I guess it might be something to do with his earth nature transformation or that thing you do when u stay on top of water by releasing chakra through ur feet
