Tsunade told Chouji to get both of them to the hospital and if he did that there was still a chance. She wouldn't tell Chouji to get Kakashi if he was dead already because they're still under attack.

Hopefully Tsunade has enough chakra to heal Kakashi without dying while fighting Pein.

I think you are looking at it wrong... the reason she was silent was to stress the point that she was very sorry she couldnt do anything for him... I do think that he is technically dead right now... however... there is likely a way that he gets pulled back which is why he had the small vision with his father, which is to be continued, I think...

He could definitely be Comatose, but the only other person she could mean when referring to "them" besides Chouji's father is Kakashi. It was only those 3 fighting against Pein. Plus Choza is Chouji's father, so she said specifically to go there.

But, the only thing is that the last time that we saw kakashi he started to activate his mangekyou sharingan so i don't think that they'd make him die yet, at least not until he used it for at least one jutsu, right?

The team of Choza that assisted Kakashi were only Choza himself and his son Chouji. So if Chouji is sent to get "them" and "they" still have a chance, it means both Choza and Kakashi.

Which means Kakashi's not dead yet.

Its also likely that they could want his body so as to make sure that the secrets don't get out. the "......" of is Kakashi alright kinda makes one think that the answer is no.

Shes angry and sad and then is silent when chouji asks if kakashis okay.

Hes definitely dead, a legendary healer like tsunade is only useless in a time of death.

remember it wasnt just chouji and choujis dad that helped kakashi, there were others in the background that got hit by pains jutsu that fires everything away from himv

I think she also meant kakashi.when tsunade said that choza had a chanse to survive if he was delivered to hostital on time,choji asked about kakashi...tsunade answered: HURRY!! to my mind this means yes!
