Crazy theory Sakura may betray naruto

Ok so i just remembered from manga somewhere where Sakura was wondering thinking who shes going to heal first if Naruto and Sasuke battle and they come out really injured so i thought she would heal sasuke first because if he pretends to love her she may actually fall for it and heal him and he kills her on the other hand again we all saw this think few weeks ago

could i be right thinking since karen is going to escape and maybe be the one to heal naruto if sakura does not heres proof she knows him and remember in anime they showed her sensing his pure chakra heart and she felt good being around naruto and heres another question if you dont think kishi is making her escape for this role then what do you think shes escaping for?

And forgot to add this since kabuto said shes a uzumaki what if she actually knows that shes an uzumaki and that will give her more good reason to help naruto this maybe a new start for her which could even lead to uzumaki clan returning in future.

That was anime filler, nothing else. It never happened in manga. At this point of story its clear that Sakura would heal Naruto first.
