No, they are just being rude.Ignore them, because it is only a theory.Both Itachi and kakashi didn't actually kill their best friend so its just the most likely scenario.

you don't need to kill your best friend to get MS, you can get it by the feeeling..

ha thanks, im getting used to people being trolls on the base. but i always recall that mystery about how he attained it, so i would like to think they will give us a definite answer, i don't think the pain of obito would have triggered it, if so why would kishi not have made that certain by now, may be something more significant in the plot?
