Can Madara destroy the shinobi world?

Of course Madara can...the elite ninjas (Kages, ANBU, Jounin etc..) would be able to give him a challenge but he would in the end destroy the planet.

Very easily. He could wipe the floor with the 5 Kages together and he's just playing with them. If he had wanted to he could have destroyed each village easily.
Edo Madara is the strongest person in the manga right now other than So6P and Kabuto.
