By saying Kisame is going against Edo Madara he is implying that he has the same abilities as he does now since he is Edo Madara. Also just because it says EMS doesnt mean he does not have wood release considering Madara is using EMS now and is using wood release.

That was tr requirements for Itachi and Sauce, which are brothers and have very similiar (well the same) sharigan techniques. We don't know if these requirements also apply to other sharigan users it may not. Tsukiyomi+amaterasu = susanoo may only apply to Sauce and Itachi.

but the OP has a point, both arguements carry equal weight since both are statements based entirely on speculation. Therefore they can't be used for or against in this discussion, and therefore shouldn't be considered at all when deciding who would win.

On a side note i still don't know who wins, but im a little confused. Is this edo madara with EMS only? or non edo Madara with all EMS that he has shown (i.e. the one that would have fought Hashi)

nope it said no such thing post the chapter where it said Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi= susanoo
