so we know kushina taught minato basic and advance seal
but minato came up with some tec ftg,rasengan,other
the basic ones alot of ninjas know 8 triagram,4 element seal,etc
minato didn't invent RDS it's an old kinjutsu and the only hand seal based seal that can seal humans.but killing using RDS does not count as a win like most minato fanboys think.
now has know 6 seal based tec yes ftg is too.so it wouldn't make since to make minato as fast as 3rd raikage and have attacks as strong as bijuu bomb like most minato fanboys think.
so minato may have 1 more tec but i doubt he has many more his too young he was strong not by number of sealss but effectiveness of the ftg,rasengan.. )(his strongest attack was rasengan which he didn't spam because it was his strongest.just like 3rd raikage armor only weakness was his own attack minato is he didn't have armor which didn't mater because of ftg but his bigger weakness is people with armor and large area attacks like jiraiya geomo and armor.no negative comments
