i think Sasuke will defeat kabuto and get new powerup base on kabuto ability and orochimaru scroll that suigetsu found...

sasuke and itachi have all kabuto weakness, genjutsu, lightning and fire element... lightning element main weakness of kabuto "water regeneration" technique and fire element will confusing snake sensing ability. Sasuke eye perception now even stronger, maybe he can copy dragon sage mode, and once more obtain curse seal transformation(have wings) by scroll and perfecting it... mastering... Flying Dragon Sage Mode with Rinnegan...

madara can copy hashirama mokuton with his EMS perception, he just need hashirama cells to get the bloodline limit to do it. I think sasuke can do same, with his EMS perception, he just need additional orochimaru/kabuto cells to do Dragon Sage Mode, maybe oro-scroll will help him.

i don't think the scroll is about sage mode.btw sasuke showed us he has another animal to summon. Can one person has 2 blood contact in the same time? I mean he couldn't have snake summon now

Senju Blood,,, uzumaki blood is better, he have karin... and orochimaru is a member of senju clan too, he can get oro cells from kabuto body...

about the scroll maybe its a kind of curse seal... but not curse seal, its a superior type powerup, or maybe its rinnegan that require uchiha body, oro cant do it coz he fail to get sasuke body. if sasuke transform to snake mode sasuke will gain wings... and... if its a dragon sage... absolutely its a Flying Dragon Sage lol... and for the second time naruto will fight winged sasuke...

and naruto himself maybe gain rinnegan...
