Both characters have all their abilities and summons. Naruto has BM. Nagato is healthy and has all his paths in one body.

First off I do believe that Naruto would win, but picking him because he's the main character is a bit odd in a versus match on the forums, don't you think?

As said before, a TBB on the caliber Naruto uses it should easily dispatch with CT. If that doesn't do it, won't clones + mass FRS accomplish the same thing? Then there's SM - while it may not be as strong as KM, it should be useful with clones. It's more based on strength + reactions + taijutsu than the regular speed and overpowering tactic. ST has a big weakness: it has a 5 second delay. Naruto has already shown to take advantage of this when the time comes when he was much, much weaker. Even though it's Nagato now, Naruto has improved a lot since their last fight.
