I don't really know anything about this technique sir. I guess it's good for mid-range fights so you can reach out a certain distance. It's good for attacking hoardes of enemies such as shadow clones or something else. I don't get the raising your hand like a sword thing. Is it raising it like it were a sword, or like you were holding a sword?

The way I understand it, you hold it upward as if you were holding a sword.

So, imagine holding the base of a horn, as if you were holding the hilt of a sword.

I raise my arm forward like I were holding a sword at someone's neck. From the hilt I make a loose fist so that there's somewhat of a loop there and begin to channel my lightning chakra into it. Instead of trying to shoot a bolt, I loosen it up so that it would start to glow in my hand. I build this up even more and control it so that it would be like standard lightning chakra once again, and focus it to shoot out many lightning bolts out in a cone-like shape.

I move the chakra to my arm and loosen it up to cause it to purge from my arm, glowing. With my loose grip on an invisible sword, I build the chakra in my arm so that a light forms within my hand and shoot lightning out towards nothing in a cone shape sort of thing. During this, I steadily control my chakra to let out the lightning evenly and precise so they won't disperse in mid-air.

Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

Unbeknownst to me are there ninja lurking about in the trees and whatnot. Seeing as I don't know of their actions and that they would be good at concealing their presence, I have no idea what's going on. When the ground begins to get sucked in to like some sort of quicksand trap that you'd see in a Super Mario game, I don't even think to hesitate than to use my elemental affinity, lightning to counter it. As the whirlpool begins to suck me in, I quickly perform a string of hand seals while keeping my balance using chakra and form a Chidori in my hand. Holding the chidori downwards I manipulate it to spread out all around me like a massive sphere, emitting bolts of lightning to protect myself. This should gather enough of an electrical current to stop the chakra flow of the sinkhole completely, as well as cover enough range to destroy the lid which is about to enclose on top of myself.

*I walk out of the sinkhole caused by the antlion and continue my journey to Konoha. Upon arrival I buy a nice bottle of water to quench my thirst from the battle, and also buy some giant shurikens. Being alert for the way back to the training grounds, I keep my senses up for any random attacks which may befall me.*
