so I hear people saying kabuto is on kakashi's level in part 1 so just now I was watching part 1 and it shows that kabuto was indeed stronger than kakashi..so do you all agree

im up to manga and anime i just went back to part 1 and kakashi clearly stated how powerful kabuto was and that he had to work harder
