jiraiya may have a big fanbase, but it isnt due to his abilities. Jiraiya has shown us nt special throughout his time on the series, yet people think him as being BA. Even in SM, he was far from impressive as most people deemed him to be, the toads did all the work, all he did was run around.

Now, I know most people wont agree, but its the truth and I would consider him the weakest amongst the Sannin.

explain how he was the strongest pls. In any 1 vs 1 he would lose, except maybe if he gets into SM but the takes considerable prep time. But even than, his strength isnt greater than Tsunade's, his speed isnt close to A's and his genjutsu can be easily countered

Kage ryuu says your thread is retarded and jman was the strongest sanin in the show and the reason are because he fought and killed 3 pains one on one with no knowledge he had the ability to use massive rasengan which is more pwerful then any move oro has he can summon gammabunta and the other toads and they are mad strong gamabunta took on a tailed beast he can summon ma and pa who can use genjutsu he can use massive combo moves with his toads around not to metion his other jutsu and ability to suck u into his own world etc

i agree with you on this one bro... i thought i was the only one... i feel like jiraiya is overrated with his incomplete sm and all. his sage mode takes too much time to prep.
and once he gets into it.. it aint even impressive at all ... one of pain's paths removed his whole arm and i thought he's suposdly super strong with sm.

but i disagree about the weakest sannin.. i think .. ryt now.... orochimaru is the weakest sannin lol... i mean tsunade can auto heal like wolverine... thats tyt. and shes a senju.

His Rasengan and various types are extremely strong, plus he can summon different toads and toad parts plus entering Sage Mode.

Sage Mode: Jiraiya is way faster than both Tsunade and Orochimaru, plus his jutsu is way more powerful, plus Senpo Goemon which could simply take down all the paths of pein if it wasn't for the path which can suck chakra.... Plus Jiraiya Chou Oodoma Rasengan and much more.

He can take Tsunade any day, even without Sage Mode.

Now Orochimaru will be high-extreme difficulty but Jiraiya will take him.

well, even tho it's an incomplete sm.. jiraiya still has it.. orochimaru failed to learn it due to his weak body and illness. that's their major difference via 1 on 1

but with all the summonings they're pretty much equal and other jutsus.

and orochimaru sucks at defending genjutsus
