I'm going with Kakashi and Gai on this one. Just for the fact that since there is no Sasunoo, and the point where Gai knows how to fight a Sharigan user (don't look into their eyes).

I'm not saying its going to be easy. But taking away Itachi's best move, takes him down a little. With Gai in constant 6 Gates and most likely jump to 7, will make it hard for Itachi. Plus adding in Kakashi who has a powerful MS tech will help them win

Even with susanoo I'd say Kakashi and Gai.

I will say they are a great team, but here I only see Gai as a Problem..In my opinion I cant see Kakashi getting out of Amaterasu which leaves me to think if gai would be of any help to kakashi if itachi used it

That's like saying I can't see Itachi getting out of Kamui. This is borderline rape, since you restricted Susano.

Kakashi can match him at taijutsu

Itachi's slightly faster than Kakashi, but the latter can still react. Raiton bunshin wil be a huge problem, which leaves Itachi with genjutsu/ms which Kakashi has shown counters to via bunshin.

Then you have Gai who can activate his gates and Itachi will have a very hard time reacting.

And you put them against both of them at the same time? Itachi with his susano restricted would have a hard time against one of them, two is just too much.

Even if you unrestrict Susano, the duo would still win more often than not (but with more difficulty)

Guy is bad news for Itachi thanks to his knowledge of how to avoid his genjutsu and extreme speed and close combat abilities, and Kakashi can hold his own against Itachi. On the other hand, if he throw up susanoo to defend himself, he has Kamui to worry about. Very very few shinobi can handle both of these guys together.

Easy there. This is Itachi we're talking about. Unlike Sasuke, he was a total beast long before we even knew what susanoo was. While I don't see him winning this fight, losing susanoo isn't that big of a handicap.
